Back home (after promenading up and down the seafront in the spirit of Sir George Somers, Jane Austen and John Fowles) to Last Night at the Proms on TV, and a brilliant and moving "The Lark Ascending" (Ralph Vaughan Williams) played by Nigel Kennedy and the  BBC Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Marin Alsop.
