Greece: Unused Real Estate Assets

The Greek State could be earning substantial amounts of revenue from unused real estate assets, according to an article in Kathimerini.

If you add to that all the unused or abandoned real estate (eg redundant monasteries) belonging to the Greek Orthodox Church, there could be the beginnings of an opportunity to transform the economy.
